For Christmas, I bought my boyfriend a bottle of the PSF Balancing Oil. He was telling me that he can't get the oil out of the bottle with ease. When i tried to pour out the oil, i found i couldn't do it very easily unless i beat the oil bottle in my palm very hard and even then only the tiniest amount dispenses.
does anyone else have this problem with their bottle or are me and the boyfriend doing something pathetically wrong?

| I found mine was the same way ... I'd have to bang it into my palm a few times to get the oil to run out. Then it would dispense maybe a drop for each "bang" (for lack of a better word). Maybe someone else has a solution? |
