Has anyone used this? Does it make a huge difference in how your cleanser works? Does it help with exfoliation and circulation? I guess in short, is it worth it?

Yes, I have it and use it from time to time. It's been put "on hold" at the moment because I'm using the Dr Hauschka cleansing cream.
The brush is really REALLY soft and it feels very nice when you're using it. You do need to use it with a foaming cleanser though, and when you do it really helps it foam up. Even though the brush is very soft I'm sure it is, to some degree, exfoliating. At least for sure more than you just using the cleanser by itself.
Is it worth it? Well.... I don't use mine all that often but I still do use it from time to time because I really like how it feels. I haven't noticed any specific results after starting to use it but then again I'm not quite sure that you would see any. If I was using a foaming cleanser then I would be using it with the brush, so I am glad I bought it (Murad Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser here I come! ).
