Haha...when I was still dating...I had this weird mentality that I will not wear any makeup on the 3rd date. I would even go as far as wearing a hat with sweatpants...I guess that was my little test to see the intention of men...
I was talking about it with my longtime SO and he did remember my sloppy look on our third date...he thought I looked like a mole without my eyebrows...haha  |

I don't really wear makeup.. Only mascara and eyeliner and sometimes eyeshadow. But it took a few days to let him see me with completely nothing on my face..  |

Actually, there have been times were I was dating a guy and I would actually sleep with my make up on!! (Those were bad skin times...  ) However, I met DH when I was sitting next to him on a flight from Asia to the US, and I NEVER leave my make up on for those long flights because I think it's bad for my skin, so I took out a make up removing cloth and took off my make up a few hours after I met him---- it's a pretty sobering thought, no?  |

| My DH met me when I only had mascara and eyeliner on. He says he likes it when I don't wear much makeup. I think he's just being a good guy. |

I had the same question, dollbird! After DH and I got together, I wouldn't sleep in makeup...but I confess that I'd coverup a spot or two with concealer.

| I agree with you, vonstella. It really depends upon the person and how open I feel around him. At one point I used to sleep with my makeup on or wash my face and apply concealer and blush only. The last guy I dated I washed my face the first night he slept over. But with him I was totally myself from the first moment. |
