Evening Primrose Oil --> Good for skin but has anyone gained weight from it?

| never heard of that. One of my friends is super-slender and she's been taking EPO for years. |

| librarygirl, You may have a point there coz EPO makes me hungrier when I take it. I have never taken it long enough to see if it actually benefits my skin. |

I do feel hungry taking multivitamine overall so I am not sure if it's only EPO though.
We need an expert to explain all this... |

It was so amazing with Evening Primrose Oil !!!
My lip often cracked ,dry & peeling for whole year,after i have take it for 1 month,all my lip problem is gone

| Maybe it's the specific one I take. I'm taking Solgar EPO 1300. I may try a different brand (NOW) or switch to Borage oil for my GLA needs. |

Evening Primrose Oil that i take each softgel contains:(500mg /each)
Gamma-linolenic acid(GLA)---50mg
Cis-linoleic acid-----------360mg
Vitamin E(d-alpha tocopherol)---15 IU |

Never gained weight from it!
It's really good for skin and makes less pain during my period! |

| Just wondering, how does it help improve the skin? My mom bought me a bottle of this too for PMS pain but I haven't really tried it... |
