So I have learned that Retin A is best to be used alone, nothing over, except s.t. like emu oil for moisturizing.
How about the ingredients like so called skin communicating ingredients as Paula says as ceramides, HA,cholesterol,silicones etc which are in moisturizers? Wont I miss out on those benefits if i dont use a moisturizer like CeraVe?
Will using a moisturizer in the morning with those be enough to get full benefits?
Do you need them really, or is basic emu at night after actives such as copper or tretinoin enough? In the morning, is an exfoliant if desired plus sun block all you really need?
What Im saying is, will using a moisturizer add anything in terms of keeping skin young??? |

| I am a PB follower and I think she would say that wearing your sunblock daily would be the only thing to keeping skin young. Paula uses ingreds that has some benefit for skin. CereVe can't help if you don't wear sunblock under it. HTHs! |
