I try to eat foods that I can pronounce the ingredients - that way I hope to ingest fewer chemicals. |

ugh, yes. Thanks Cherisse. Something that always gives me the creeps is when I see something that says on the label "chocolate flavored"... I mean, chocolate flavored... it's not even real chocolate, so what the heck is it? yuck. |

Yeah, there're lots of things hiding in your food, and most people aren't careful to read the labels. Some of the labels aren't even accurately including everything in them. |
