I am really intrigued and interested in trying the Rythmic night conditioner, but am loathe to give up my .05% nightly retin-a, as I cannot bear the thought of reacclimating my skin to it after one month away. Do you think there is any way to use them both together at night? TIA |

The rhythmic conditioner should only be used for 25 days, a few times a year. I would try using it on its own to see what results you get, and then depending on how you go, maybe try incorporating the other stuff into your night routine.
I've started using it about a week ao on its own. Good results so far. I would normally be breaking out at this time of my cycle, but no breakout so far and my skin is looking smoother. I haven't done anything else differently, so I credit it to the rhythmic conditioner. |

LeeBee, some people might disagree with how I do things, but I am the QUEEN of using prescription topicals with organic, natural skincare, and to tell you the truth it's worked out wonderfully for me. I would definitely say you can use the RNC and your retin-a together, but don't expect big results--- for me, RNC was like flushing money down the drain, lol! |
