I'm voting for cotton, assuming it's for applying skincare products. Organic cotton puffs preferred over synthetic cotton-looking puffs. |

For skincare products like toners I prefer cotton. |

Yes sorry, for applying skin care products. I couldn't edit the first post after a while and I just forgot
I think I'll go with cotton pads. Thanks for the input! |

I use cotton pads to apply my toner, if that helps. |
