Hi, everyone.
I think its time to ask some advice~
I posted before about my touble acne skin and after 2 months, my skin has back to "normal" - at least I dont have any VISIBLE spots..though occasionally I still have some breakouts...
(I am with Peter Thomas Roth's products at the moment and sometimes I use Laura Mercier silk creme foundation or tinted moisturizer after applying PTR's Max Sheer All Day Moisture Defense Lotion in the morning~
Am not sure if it was any of them cause the breakouts??????????)
Also, I had some blackhead around my nose area and some mild pimples on my cheeks/forehead....(they are not noticeable but I can feel them anyway)
Does any one know how to GET RID of them????

my friends have highly recommended me NeoStrata Gel Plus - AHA 15
http://www.skinstore.com/search/Search.aspx?ReviewID=1999
it is said that most NeoStrata products are proven to be non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic, however, looking at ingredients, some of its products do give u breakouts....(like isocetyl stearate, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, stearic acid, cetearyl alcohol etc....)
I was very confused.....has anyone tried NeoStrata's line? |

Exfoliation may help with the blackheads and the small pimples. I know it helps me. I use lactic acid, and while I am waiting on that to arrive I used yogurt last night mixed with some aspirin. I had very soft skin this morning, and my blackheads dissapear for a while anyways. |

thx,razinkane
exfoliation also helps me a lot. I already see a clear improvement on my nose but some blackheads are kinda stubborn..also pimples seems to be my biggest problem |

Yes, Asprin mask basically is BHA which helps to clean out the pores. You can go to the DIY section on this forum. |

SharonJ, its okay if you feel lazy. All you need to do is put a glob of yogurt in a dish, add a few aspirin, I use five or six, and then crush the aspirin, and your all set. My only gripe is the yogurt is so darn cold on my face, I don't let it sit out long. The other night I put some on my fingertips and then blew on. I know, gross, but it wasn't sooooo cold. |
