Now 25 years old, I think it's time to begin with some supplements.
My friend recommends me Imedeen Time Perfection Tablets, however, as the price is not cheap, I wanna to ask for your advice. Does it really help with your skin?
And, has anyone tried Fancl Deluxe Tense up?
Or, do you have any other suggestions?

I take indidual supplements and try to get them when they are in a promotion sale:
*Zinc
*Vitamin A or Fish Oils
*B Complex
I have found I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin since I started to take these. |

I have tried these indidual supplements before, but not worked for me.
So now I'm looking for some supplements which contain Collagen. Has anyone tried them? |

AT 25, jacque, I'm thinking you have collagen of your own without adding any extra!
Anything that makes you healthier on the inside will show on your skin. Vit C, fresh juices, zinc, the B vits, are all good for skin. And lots of water.
I think Imedeen is for people at a later stage than you.
You are in your youth, enjoy it! |

I sympathise with you, I know it's weird and disconcerting to see oneself changing over time, the effects of time are unavoidable.
But you're still so young, even with fine lines!
We like kittens, dont we, but we also admire young cats, and we can tell the difference between a one year old cat and a five year old cat - but we dont think the one year old cat is 'better'.
25 looks different then 18, but not less good. Just different! |

yes, I use eye cream a lot. Currently I'm using estee lauder Advaced Night Repair and Chanel Age Delay.
 Still fine lines coming out!
