I've been using this while I'm in HK instead of my usual cleansers both AM and PM. I've really really grown to like this. It's for sensitive skin and it really is a soothing, non-drying cleanser. It foams a little depending on how wet your face is. Does a good job cleansing although I've never used it for makeup removal (I always use Precleanse prior in the PM). My face feels clean and soft everytime I use it. I totally recommend this for all skin types, especially dryer skins who DON'T like using Cleansing Milks. This rinses off very easily with no residue. The smell is quite strong though but it's a beautiful honey floral smell - VERY dominant honey scent. I would definitely purchase if I didn't already have my HG cleansers.
The ingredient list also looks wonderful and lacks SLS which some of their other cleansers and body cleansers contain. The more I use this the more I feel like I need to buy it even though I have 3-4 cleansers at home. |

I didn't have time before to post the ingredients but here they are:
Water, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Extract, Lauryl Glucoside, Glycerin, Decyl Glucoside, Coco-Glucoside, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glyceryl Oleate, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Melissa Officinalis Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Extract, Fragrance, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Melilotus Officinalis Extract, Honey, Sorbic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Caramel.
Here is the description from L'Occitane's website:
The Floral Cleansing Jelly is a foaming gel for face that gently cleanses the skin. Its unique formula blends organic flower from Provence with a combination of 5 floral waters with soothing and softening properties – rose, lavender, orange blossom, lemon balm and sweet clover. Its foaming base of vegetable origin minimizes the drying and irritating effects of hard water, to respect the delicate balance of sensitive skin. Skin is perfectly clean, soft and fresh, and remains comfortable
Basically I find that this cleanser does all that it claims to do, very close to HG status, will definitely consider purchasing instead of my beloved Dr.H Cleansing Milk. |

Great review sormuimui! If you do use it to remove makeup, please update on how you find it. I'm lazy and like to kick it all in one step when it comes to cleansing. I tried to do the two step, remove first, then follow up. But I found myself skipping either step. Oy. |

So tempted! I love L'Occitane products. I'm curious how it takes off makeup...I'm not big on lots of steps. |
