Not sure if this is a moisurizer,a sunscreen, or a combo product. Wondering if anyone with acne has used this and gotten good results with it, even if you are not using other Proactiv products. |

I used this stuff last summer and hated it. I was torn too...didnt know what it was supposed to be! Not enough moisture for a moisturizer and it felt really drying. I also remember it having a very spf-ish smell. One more bad thing...it did not do well under my makeup. I think I threw it away after about a week. Wasnt cheap either....! The tinted moisturizers are much better. |

I had the exact same experience as Olivia.

marci65, I tried the entire proactive line a few years ago and found it way too harsh for me. After I quit using the cleanser and treatment gel, I continued using the spf moisturizer just because it was so $$$! While I didn't have any adverse reactions to using the moisturizer alone, I switched to another brand as soon as it was empty because I don't like their distribution channel. In order to get proactive, you have to belong to their club with the auto-shipments and that was a pain when there are far better products.
Moisturizers I currently use:
Murad Pomegranate Moisturize - spf 15 - this stuff is light without being too rich, perfect for oily skin!
Juice Beauty tinted moisturizer - sp30 - the jury's still out on this; I like the ingredients, but it feels odd and tends to ball up.
Jojoba oil - I like this best of all, but have to apply a separate sunscreen. |

athena123...I have the same opinion of JB Tinted Moisturizer. I loved it in the summer but for winter it is not good. Balls up and makes my face feel very tight. |

athena123 - the only reason I knew the Proactiv SPF15 stuff exists is because I saw it offered on QVC as part of a set. QVC sells the items individually also, from what I've seen -- if that helps you. Thanks for replying. |

I don't know if this is a Proactiv product that I tried when I was trying out all of their products or not... but I think it is. All I can say is that I didn't like the result of their products at all! Irritated my skin and was ineffective. |
