Anybody tried this before? The price is good, only 24.00. I was wondering if this is a good choice for me to replace my face Dr.H Rose day cream. Not that I don't like the latter one, it's just I want more antioxidant on my facial regime.
Skin tyPe: very dry 29 asian (winter time)

| Mine has just arrived today, initial response, doesn't seem to be any smell to it, I like the fact that it's in a glass pump action bottle, so no dipping your fingers in. Will try in the morning and let you know. |

Disappointed with it actually.  Bought 7 JM items and don't like most of them due to smell.
The Rose and Apricot Day Creme does not smell like rose or apricot and I've found this with the other items I've bought, they don't smell like what you expect. The day creme actually has a weird smell, unlike anything else I've tried so hard to describe, but it's not a nice smell, in my opinion. Other organic/natural items I've bought seem to have smelt like they were supposed to, for instance the Rose Jurlique stuff smells of roses and is lovely.
I also noticed when I applied it this morning, before my makeup and then I dried my hair that I could smell the creme on my face when drying my hair, SO it was quite overpowering. As a creme, it's OK, not too greasy and sinks if well, but I think your post fishzebby said you have dry skin, if that's the case, then this might not be man enough to sort out dry skin.
I will continue to use it as I've bought it now, but I doubt I would rebuy it because of the smell. |

That's pretty disappointing to hear sarabh,
Sorry that those products don't suit you. I was wondering maybe JM's hair products are better than their skincare line. |

Hi
I also bought the Rose Foaming Face Wash, which comes in a small (4floz) brown pump action bottle, which I like BUT again it doesn't smell of the product, no rose smell at all, in fact it doesn't smell very nice IMO. Having said that it got all my makeup off quite well, including waterproof mascara, there was no sting and my skin looked squeaky clean afterwards.
With that I bought the firming eye gel, the smell of this one reminds me of calamine lotion, which is the pink stuff that you dab onto bites and chicken pox! Don't know if it will firm yet as I've only used it once.
The other thing I bought was the Vitamin C Anti ageing face serum, the consistency isn't like usual serum, it's like watery moisturiser and it smells awful! Hard to describe but I can't detect citrus, rose or honeysuckle.
Overall I'm disappointed with what I've got, mainly due to the way they smell. Maybe because they're organic they don't have loads of articial fragrance.
One other thing I've noticed is that nothing has expiry dates on, so I have no idea how old the items are so they could have been sitting around at JM warehouse for ages AND I don't know how long they will keep.
My favourite out of the 7 items that arrived is the Citrus and Neroli detangler, although I put it all over and my hair feels a bit lank this evening.
IMO the products sound a lot nicer than they actually smell. |

And I read a review by someone on here that gave the products lots of praise, hence my buying 7 items, 6 of which I'm not happy with!  |
