I am now taking manuka honey everyday as an immune booster. It seems to be working very well in synergy with my other supplements.
I have been able to find a local beekeeper who can sell me manuka umf 20+ for $40nzd for 500g! It's a great saving because I was paying about the same price for half the quantity with Comvita stuff.
If anyone is interested to use high potency manuka (20+ and above) I am now able to source it at a much cheaper rate and I will be repurchasing from my supplier frequently. I can buy smaller quantities to send overseas. |

i used to use manuka honey as a face mask.. back then i was still having breakouts and these golden babies saved my face! it works a lot like benzoyl peroxide however it is all natural and of course does not cause redness and itchness like what benzoyl peroxide does to me.
just smear a whole lot of it on broken out skin and leave it on as long as you can, before bedtime. if it leaks onto your lips just lick it up will do |

You can buy this at Fresh & Easy for $9 a jar. I eat it though. I've never been one to put food on my face, at least deliberately. |
