I have a few blushes that I love and don't want to put them away. A few MAC Blushcremes, Nars powder and creme, and maybe some Chanel.
I have plenty of MMU blushes, but sometimes would love to use the others. Do you apply creme blush before MMU foundation, or after? Just curious if anyone does this and if you have any tips. Thank you. |

Sure you can, Cedar! I still have some favorites from Mac, Nars, etc. that I'll use - especially if I'm in a hurry as sometimes the loose powder gets a little messy.
I have a couple of Paula Dorf cream blushes that I love and just would be so bummed to give them up - but, the good news is, they are fine over MMU. I do use her cream blush brush though and put them on that way. I also make sure that I've given my mmu time to meld into my skin. Sometimes when I first put it on, it take a few minutes to settle into my skin. I'll end up going to blow-dry my hair then return to finish my face! I think your best bet would be to put your cream blush on after mmu application. If you apply after, the mmu might stick a little in the area where the cream is and may get cakey looking? I could be wrong.
I have heard several women say that they apply their powder blushes first then the mmu to affect a really natural wash of color look. I haven't tried this myself, but just might.

I apply my cream blushes after my MMU. I have heard that some people who use Benetint, apply it first and then their MMU after. |

I do! I use EDM finishing powder, JI foundation and then my NARS powder blush. No probs with my skin, and I my MMU looks fine and lasts well all day. |

I don't use MMU blush, i find that they all have Mica as the first ingredient and I get clogged pores from Mica. I can use gel or cream blush after my MMu though. |
