Sephora is now carrying CARE by Stella McCartney, a skincare range of all natural, organic skincare. The products do seem interesting and the routine is a simple 4 step process (cleanse, tone, treat, moisturize.
Would love to hear your experiences if you've tried it! |

The packaging looks really sleek. Stella McCartney may be designer extraordinaire but this doesn't make her a credible skincare expert. Her products does seem natural but for the prices, there are cheaper alternatives without petrochemicals or silicones. All her Elixirs and Moisturizers are composed of super long lists of oils...who knows how they work synergistically. I'll be watching for reviews. |

It looks like an interesting line, but I'll be waiting for reviews too. |

There was something in the Times on Sunday about how Stella McCartney has in the past criticised synthetic ingredients in perfumes (in that paricular column) but this new one contained some of them ... and it also contains ingredients from around the world that had lots of miles on them..i.e. they were saying that it was the equivalent of buying organic green beans from Kenya. I guess they probably wouldn't have an issue with it normally if it had been made by some big multi-national but due to the hardline stance Stella McCartney takes, they gave it some flack. |
