Thanks!!

Hi Monica
First the C+AHA and then, after a few minutes, the B5 gel. The C serum has a strength of 15% vit C & 10% AHA, fairly strong so I would use just once a day.
I tend to use vit C serums in the morning (added protection for my skin) but AHA stuff at night. So I'm torn here I think I would still use this in the morning but really make sure that I'm using an SPF30 over the top of it. Does the sample specify when it should be used?
Have you used vit C or AHA products before? If not, then don't be surprised if this tingles the first few times you use it. Be careful if you have sensitive skin.

Hi Mabsy
Do u mean Vit C 15 need to go with SPF 30? Because I am using SK Vit 15% but just apply SPF20 on top before makeup, is it enough?
Thks

Hi Anna,
Sorry, didn't mean to mislead. I said that more on the account of the AHA in the serum. I use SPF15/SPF30 kinda interchangeably - I reach for whatever I feel like in the morning (plus it also depends on how much time I'm going to spend in the sun). However, I think that this particular serum has an exfoliating agent in it, the SPF should be stepped up.
Of course, the SPF you need also depends on your lifestyle - so basically it depends on how much sun exposure you get on a typical day (in my opinion anyway).

HI there
veering slightly off the topic, has anyone tried Cellex-C products?
If so, whats been your experience?
Ive recently purchased most of the range - im only 21 and have acne prone skin. I use the high potency serum, fade away gel, anti-oxidant skin toning mask, hydra 5b complex and sea silk oil free moisturiser. I use the latter two because i noticed dehydration lines on my forehead and dry patches around my mouth most probably due to my cleanser which is really drying but amazing at keeping the acne at bay - Dermalogica's Anti Bac skin wash.
I want to get the low down on Cellex-C products really, because ive heard great things about them but wanted to know what your guys thoughts were.
If anybody's also tried Glytone's Mild Gel Wash, id appreciate your thoughts on those too.
Sorry for so many questions, but if someone could respond (if im being honest Mabsy - you seem really knowledgeable!!) then id really appreciate it.

I use a mix of skincueticals and Cellex-c, with a little shiseido and dermalogica thrown in for fun.
Lets see, I use
SkinCeuticals Serum 20
Eye Gel
B5 Gel (I found no difference between cellex C and SC and the SC was less expensive)
Phyto+
Eye Renewal Serum
Cellex-C
New Complextion Cream (I like this much better than SC Overnight Renew)
Sea Silk
Line Smoother (This also is much better than SC Intense line defense)
I also use their Seline E cream when I get a bit dryer.

Sorry Farouk, I haven't actually tried Cellex-C. Funny you should mention it though because my mum just got back from Europe on the weekend and she brought back 2 bottles of Cellex-C Eye Gel (there was some special where you get one for free if you spend $x). She also got herself the serum and another serum for my cousin. Anyways, long story short, she gave me one of the eye gel bottles so I'll eventually be able to semi-answer your question but not for quite a while I'm afraid.
I hope you do let us know how you're going with the products. Make sure you keep up the use of the B5 gel because between the cleanser and the drying serums your skin will dry out otherwise.
Meanwhile, I'm sure there are quite a few people who have tried Cellex-C here. Try doing a search for the past posts (if you haven't yet) and see what people said about it. Also, you could post this up as a separate topic in the skincare forum and you might get more replies that way.
