Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue for day time and Sisley Sisleya Eye and Lip Contour Cream for night time. I really wanna try Valmont L Elixir Des Glaciers, so I might give it a try when I run out of my Sisley, but it's gonna be quite some time as Sisley seems to last ages. |

Relatively new to my arsenal is Hylexin, used it for about 1 year, and am happy with it. But my basic, buy over and over again is Philosophy Hope in a Tube Eye and Lip Cream. This stuff is really emollient w/o being greasy. Pretty awesome. Also, just purchased the new Obagi Elastiderm Eye cream. I use it after the Hylexin, and before the Philosophy. It has more of a gel like consistency, which would be too drying alone for me. I haven't used it long enough to determine it's effectiveness, but so far so good. My undereye and lids seem more even-toned and smooth. In other words, I use the Hope in a Tube as a general eye moisturizer, but also need a more active eye cream. I'll keep you posted on the Obagi.... |

Haven't found my HG eye cream yet! I have just started using Avene Ystheal. So far, its OK and is not causing new milia. But, I'm still hunting.... |

Still looking myself. Since my eyelids have become so sensitive this past year, I have found that vaseline, so far, is the only product that I can use and reuse. I purchased some rose hip oil tonight, and I'm going to try that. |

Hi Lynn:
I use the Avene Ystheal+ (Retinalhyde) in the evening and only every other night (I alternate with a SkinCeuticals Intense Line Defense Alpha Hydroxy 12% serum). Not sure if you should use Ystheal 2 times a day in the eye area. |

Thanks! I've heard so much rave about the product and it's easy to find here so I thought I might give it a try. Don't you find that using AHA with Retinalhyde irritate your skin? This is slightly off topic, but I was using PSF Retinol 0.5% on my face and it made my skin flake and peel so much. I've heard some EDS members use AHA to get rid of the flakes, but I was worried it would irritate my skin even more. |

You can use some gentle exfoliator to get rid of the flakes. EP-II is good for sensitive skins and it get rid of all fakes and dry patches. |

I have never had any problems (irritations or flakiness) with the 12% AHA or the Retinalhyde. I used to use SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.5% and it was just too strong for me, my face was a dry mess. The Avene Ystheal+ Emulsion Lotion that I use on my face and undereye area is only 0.05% which is weaker than SkinCeuticals 0.5% but stronger than the Avene Ystheal+ Eye Contour Care which is 0.025%. |

I love cellcosmet eye cream. Although it is quite expensive, it's a good investment. Besides, it's 30ml, twice as much as normal eye creams. |

I bought Cellcosmet a month ago and though it is good and I truly HATE the heavy perfume that smells like really cheap eau de toilette. I do not look forward to using this and it is a bit drying. I have to agree with Catski that drugstore brand RoC seems to work very well for me and after I am through with the very generous Cellcosmet bottle I might go back to RoC on top of PTR Power K; the latter does seem to work for dark circles. Maybe its the retinol in RoC and its moisturising properties plus the price tag? Valmont does sound divine but wary now of expensive stuff that I end up not liking very much! |
