This is just a shot in the dark, but thought it might be worth noting. When I first joined this forum, I read the long rave reviews thread about hyaluronic acid supplements for lip plumping. What the heck, thought I'd try that.
After about a week of taking the supplements (the Skin Eternal ones with biocell technology, as recommended in the thread), my face was as puffy and round as someone taking prednisone, or some other steroid. I mean, my face looked for all the world like a moon pie! Not an attractive look.
I know people on the thread said the hyaluronic acid seems to go wherever it's needed first, which may not necessarily be your lips. Apparently my face thinks it needs a lot of hyaluronic acid, however I disagree with it!
So, by chance, did you start on hyaluronic acid supplements when you noticed the puffiness? |

| I used to have this problem and the last few years it was getting really bad, I thought it might be seasonal allergies and was taking claritin, Zyrtec etc but nothing helped. Then I had foot surgery and had to sleep on my back for the first time in my life, always a stomach sleeper and sometimes a side sleeper but I found it impossible to sleep on my back...until I had to. Now I have been doing it for 6 months and not one single morning have a had a bit of puffiness, now my feet are another story but that is not for this forum. So its hard to get the hang of for side and stomach sleepers I know but give it a try, I think you will be amazed. |

i'm late in the conversation...i get puffy face to and am going to try the suggestions of not drinking water before bed and less salt.
i will report back after my personal experience! |

| Well if one has puffy face in the morning and he wants to get rid off immediately than he or she could wash his face and than see the difference..You will feel fresh after it and the puffiness will remove slowly slowly.. |
