RA increases the thickness of the dermis (which is all of the collagen and elastin), but decreases the thickness of the epidermis (the upper layer).
That basically means that your skin is thicker in the right places, but that you need to wear sunscreen. |

Yes...RA brings all kinds of crap that was already under your skin up to the surface. The good news is that it keeps any future plugs from forming, so things will definitely clear up. |
This is good news, thank you. It's not lookin good right now! I guess I'm well into the peeling and purging stage because I'm all flaky and pimply! I just can't wait until I can say it was all worth it. |
