Is anyone else snowed in??? Here in Cleveland we got hit with a serious blizzard the night before Valentine's Day, so on V-day itself everyone was snowed in, businesses were closed, etc. However, last night the plows came, which would be great, except they pushed all the snow from the parking lot in front of my garage door--- thanks for nothing, guys! I called my rental office this morning to let them know about the problem, and they got all huffy with me, saying that everyone had the same problem I have. I beg to differ. So, I went outside, took some pictures, and showed them to the people in the office and they FINALLY agreed that it's a problem and they are trying to get the plow people to come back. In the meantime, I had scheduled a mani-pedi for today since I'm leaving this weekend to go see the in-laws for Chinese New Year and I need all the help I can get looking polished, not to mention all the help I can get relaxing since seeing the in-laws is not without its fair share of stress, however, that's obviously not going to happen....

Yup, we definitely got pounded with tons of snow here yesterday as well. Grrrr I hate winter. LOL I'm gonna make the most of it though and am going to head to the cottage to see the dog sled races. Bet they're happy about all the snow! |

Nope, in California, we're not getting snowed in YET! We just had those weird few days with 33 degrees in the morning that caused my plants to die. They got some snow in Malibu, and that was it. |

Snow?? What's that? It hasn't snowed here in years. I wish it would. I don't like winter either, but I would like to have a little snow every once in a while. |

Tosca, where are you located that it hasn't snowed for years??? I need a change of scenery and have been looking for options of where to move. Australia sounds nice . |

Ahh OK. For some reason I got to thinking that you are one of EDS's international members . I'm in Aurora, Colorado. Hmmm, I've never been to the SE states, just have visited the western ones like California and Nevada. |

International would be fun. The southeast is hot and humid. In my opinion, you haven't missed much, but some people think it's lovely. I like out west much better. I'd love to live in Colorado. It's so beautiful. |
