Namely Red Raspberry Seed Oil - I just can't seem to find this anywhere!
...and Pomegranate Oil, the best place I could find was:
http://www.vitaminexpress.com/product_info.php/manufacturers_id/110/products_id/1105/tab/reviews
but I'm not sure if they deliver to Australia, but I'm waiting for a reply. Do you know of any other places. I'd prefer to buy both from the same place of course but it's probably wishful thinking.
Also, especially to Wildflower (but anyone else that may know too), I read that it is possible that non-organic essential oils may contain traces of chemical and pesticide residue. Is this generally thought of of Carrier Oils too? What do you think about it? Do you think there's any real need to be concerned over it? Thanks very much! |

I don't know if they deliver to Australia (they do offer international shipping), but I've heard this site provides excellent customer service and a great choice of carrier oils, etc.
Perhaps if you are interested in something that they don't offer, you can contact them and see if they do have it in stock, but maybe not listed yet on their website.

I purchased Red Raspberry Seed oil last year from Majestic Mountain Sage (I also get my lip balm jars, shrink bands and soap bags from them on a regular basis):
http://www.thesage.com/catalog/FixedOil.html
I made a soap using the Red Raspberry Seed Oil, powdered red raspberry seeds and fragranced with Sun-Ripened Raspberry from Tony's Fragrances. The soap smelled yummy and had a nice raspberry color from the powdered red raspberry seeds.
I am not sure if they ship to Australia. |

Oops forgot to answer your question when I posted the links. Yes it is true that some non-organic oils may contain residues of pesticides and chemicals, and they could also be mixed/spiked with other oils both natural and synthetic, which means you will not get the same or full therapeutic value you are looking for. It's always best to buy from a trusted source. Do keep in mind that some oils are not available with organic certification and in this case you should look for oils that are wildcrafted or ethically cultivated which state they are harvested without the use of chemicals/pesticides etc. This rule applies to all Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, Hyrdrosols, Herbs, etc. |

mountain rose herbs is also a great place to buy oils though from my memory, i think garden of wisdom has better prices overall.
