I think Priori is quite good. I have used the coffeeberry line and the cellular recovery gel and ive been really happy with both.
The Cellular Recivery Gel is quite amazing, really soothes my skin and gets rid of any flaking or stress |

Okay...I got all the products...I'm such a sucker! I got the foundation, finishing powder, bronzer and of course the concealer.
The other products did take care of the color weirdness that was bothering me, but it's just not enough coverage for me. I have been using my eve pearl concealer and dusting the priori concealer on top of that.
I like the coverage, look and feel of the other products...the only problem is it got really cold here the past couple of weeks and my skin feels more dry and chapped than it ever has.
So, not a great time, I think, to be testing new products! Its already really different to switch from a pretty dewy liquid foundation(Giorgio Armani) to MMU and then add dry, winter skin to the mix.
I do think these are great products and I will stick with them while I try to get my winter skin back in balance. |

I had no idea there was a Priori foundation! Thanks for that review. Can you let me know the finish of the foundation? is it sheer or dewy or matt?
Also does anyone know if the cosmetics are all natural? |

Hey emily78. I would say it starts sheer and then depending on the amount you dust into the lid (you then swirl your brush around on the inside of the lid and apply like other mmu's) you can build to matte.
The label says "100% natural perfecting minerals". |

Yes havana8. The ingredient list includes Bismuth Oxychloride (Cl 77163).
Is that a problematic ingredient?? |

Okay calling all you mmu users....is it possible mmu is drying out my skin??
I have never had dry skin in my life...always on the oily side. I am 43 and I know age contributes to a slow down in oil production, not to mention the onset of freezing cold here in the south.
(I am going to buy humidifiers today for all our bedrooms since my indoor temp gauge shows my humidity level at 27%)
Here's the interesting thing...my skin tone and texture look great since I started the Priori. Even though my skin feels so dry and somewhat irritated, there is no redness or any obvious signs of irritation...like I said, my skin looks pretty great!!
I have had some peelies after applying some of my products in the morning. I don't know what to think...maybe just an adjustment to the mmu after using liquid foundation for so long??
I don't want to get too off topic, but also wondering if you guys cut back on your actives in dry winter weather...like vit c, acids, and retin a??
This was my routine before the onset of this dryness: Morning:
1) cleanse with Jan Marini byglycolic cleanser
2)obagi professional c serum 20%
3) TNS Essential Serum
4) YBF Correct eye cream
5)Jan Marini Bioglycolic bioclear face cream
6)SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream
7)Jan Marini antioxidant daily face protectant spf 30
Whew! Evenings are easier:
1) Cleanse with Jan Marini cleanser
2) Skin Biology's Protect and Restore
3) Emu Oil or Squalene
Alternating every 2nd or 3rd night with Obagi tretinoin cream .05% topped with emu.
I've had this routine for a while with really positive results. The only thing I change up is my anti aging/growth factor serum (which is of course currently the tns essential serum right now..I've tried Kaplan MD perfecting serum, skin nutrition cell cpr, Marini peptide,... But the dryness didn't really start till priori.
Sorry for the rambling post...just looking for some feedback!!! |

Thanks, Loribar. You saved me some money—bismuth gives me excema so I do my best to avoid it.
For the recent dryness you are experiencing, have you tried misting after your MMU application? Or sometimes I will apply a few drops of oil spritzed with some hydrosol before moisturizing which seems to cut any dryness experienced from MMU. |

Thanks havana8. I will certainly try the misting. Glad you didn't waste your money on a product you couldn't use!! |
