I didn't trim my hairs for 1 year because I want to keep them long. However, I found that there are some split-ends now. I think if you want to cut the split-ends, it's appropriate to trim them at least once every 2 months. |

If you want to grow your hair a diet that is healthy and rich in omega has been the most beneficial. |

I don't get my hair cut nearly enough. I went over three months this last time, and my long layers became damaged, and I was sick of all the splits and not to mention the drying time. So, a couple days ago I went to my stylist and told her to chop off all my layers.
Well, I'm now wishing I hadn't done that. I was trying to grow it out. It was between my shoulder blades and now it's just barely grazing my collar bone.
Sigh. I have poofy hair. I need the length to pull it down otherwise it pops up in all directions except the one I want it to go in. |
