I'd love to find out if anyone knows where I could find something like this in the UK too!

Hi carolb69, that look like something I'm using, SILK WHITIA cleansing cloth. It's a microfiber cleansing cloth like the one you're showing. This cloth helps keep my skin clean and clear. It doesn't do the other like getting rid of scars and such for me but I didn't expect that from a cloth either. What it did for me are eliminating dead dry skin, reduce pore size, and remove black heads. My skin does look more refine when I use this cloth to wash my face comparing with all my other previous cloth. In a way, this cloth can act as an exfoliating too. I HTH!

Here's the cloth I use to wash my face with:

I love MD cloths. I get mine from lookgr8.co.uk but you need to be really careful with them. they may feel soft and fluffy but they have claws! So go easy with them. I hardly ever use cleanser unless I have loads and loads (like photo amount) of makeup on and find that an MD cloth and water is fine.
