Hi everyone,
I'm 18 and have had acne for about 6 or 7 years. It's only in the last two years that my scarring began to develop. They are mild scars, mostly on the upper half of my face and medium-rounded in size.
I guess you could say that I have an oily skin type, but at the same time my skin can easily be dehydrated.
What products do you recommend for me to use (please also mention product names as I'm not really aware of what's out there).
Thank you in advance - all help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Anaticus,
Personally I would recommend two things. First, Dermalogica Microfoliant - a gentle powder exfoliator (enzyme based) which has ingredients that help even out and brighten the complexion. Second, I would suggest that you start using a vitamin C serum. There are many brands out there. I have tried Vivier (it's what I'm using at the moment) and Skinceuticals Serum 10. I really like Vivier but seeing as you have oily skin then you might prefer the "feels like I have nothing on" Skinceuticals serum. I would suggest you start off with a 10% strength. You might also find that you need to give your skin an extra moisture boost while you're using vitamin C serums. So go for something with hyaluronic acid (Skinceuticals B5 is a good example of this - I think it has around 30% HA in it).
You can find the details of the Skinceuticals serums here: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/primacy.htm

HI there...
Good question...
I have heard alot of good things about a particular company that offers different peels depending on your needs...
I just ordered a peel there and so far the service has been good and my product is on the way...Some people who I have known to use it say that 90% of the scars are removed...
Once I am done my peel I will make known my results...
Here is the website...

Decleors' Prolagene gel is supposed to help fade scars and it can also be used on the body.
