Ive heard its a whole book of nothing...havent read it myself but, I did read he was is jail for several years for fraud...  |

I haven't read his book but I caught one of his infomercials - he's too full of conspiracy theories and scare tactics to waste your $$$ on
The only thing I can agree with him on is that having the FDA regulate vitamin and mineral supplements would be a huge disservice to us all because the FDA is too cozy with the drug companies. |

Adonis, I happen to agree with him on several things. But I DO think he goes too far in a lot of cases to the point of being downright outrageous.
If you're really interested in a book on natural cures or healing foods, there are a lot of very good books on the subject. Just google "healing foods" or "natural cures". There is a plethora of info out there.
