| Has anyone ordered from this site? I recently ordered some Trind Nail Care products and have yet to hear anything from this site and obviously haven't received my order. I tried to email, but got a returned message. I also tried calling the number provided, but got an answering machine. Just wondering if anyone else had similar problems, or any suggestions. |

How strange..and how very unnerving! Did you leave a message?
I saw they had two email addresses, did you try both?
I'd definitely file a complaint with the BBB, especially once you've exhausted all options. Keep track of when you call and email and put that in your complaint.
If you used a credit card I'd call them and let them know you haven't received anything and try to get your money back.

Did they ever contact you though (the company I mean). They still should have replied to your emails 
IMO anyway.
