Hello!
I wonder if anyone of you has tried Bare minerals and if they work well as wedding makeup? I'm really interested in ordering it as I've only heard positive things about the brand. I'm mostly concerned about whether it lasts all day and if it looks naturals on photos as well as which colours you recommend for a romantic but natural look. I'm going to have a white thai silk dress with pink star gazer lilies I have light green eyes and dark hair with highlights.
I'm glad I found this forum and I hope someone finds my question and can give me some advice.

Hi Muppina,
Sorry, I can't actually help with your question because I don't really pay attention to how long it lasts. I generally take my makeup off when I get home. I'm sure there are some pros here who can tell you all about it though Either way I would suggest getting it applied to you at a salon (if it's stocked where you live) so that way you can tell how it wears on your skin.
Congrats on getting married! The dress sounds lovely

Congrats.
I have recently ordered a heap of BE for my wedding make-up. I had colours etc applied at a salon here as a trial then ordered on line as prices r MUCH better (shadows are AU$39ea ). I asked about the products prior also.
One cosmetician said that in photos the BE looked better than Napoleon - not sure if you have heard of this brand, is promoted a lot here as wedding make-up - BE looked more natural.
I have been using the foundation for a few months, but loove the glimmers also. |

Congratulation
I'm a bride to be too, looking around and searching for advice on a skin care products so that i can be a radiant bride. My wedding will be end of next year...hehheheeh..When is yours?
I would suggests Lancome Photogenic Ultra naturel. It is the most natural-looking foundation i had ever used. It masters light at all angles, so you will look perfect in photo and it does give me a natural ,dewy finished. Then dust on some Shu-uemura loose powder (very fine- love this a lot) and Voila!!! There you go girl
And just to share, YSL concealer is great too... light weight, good coverage, blend easily and NATURAL!

I have about six weeks to go... Almost everything is organised.
We are off to the Cook Islands for ours. Very intimate ceremony, then we are having a party with all the friends and rels when we come back. |
