Cristale by chanel
Cinnabar by Estee Lauder
to name but a few.
Perfumes like Paris and Opium take me back to my youth, getting ready in a friends house on a Friday night getting ready to paint the town red. Oh, how I was we were backin the eighties.
HHHmmm may start a new thread, what is your favourite Era? |

Hands down...Laugh by Brighton
Brighton makes some others but they smell like old ladies. When I'm at stock shows, people will stop me and ask what I am wearing...At the end of my workday people are still smelling it.
I don't feel its that strong, it just has some good staying power. |

Clive Christian number 1 for ladies. Definitely the perfect smell for a wedding day, and lasts a very long time! You can get it cheap on ebay |

Ooooh goodness, perfume used to be my passion and actually my first beauty-related forum EVER was a perfume forum.
My favorites.... huh. I haven't been able to wear any in ages, breastfeeding babies being sensitive to scent kind of puts a kink in it, but my all time favorites would have to be:
Chanel no. 19
Chanel Gardenia
Le Baiser du Dragon by Cartier
Apres L'Ondee from Guerlain.
Yeah, for a 22 year old I have expensive tastes |

I really like Ca'd'Oro from J. Peterman (yep, as in the Seinfeld J. Peterman). Rich for wintertime. Their 1903 Sandalwood collection for men is even more of a favorite (for him!)
Body Shop White Musk for summer. The Clinique Happy line is also an "old" standby for something light. |

Has anyone tried any of the perfumes from Les Parfums De Rosine such as La Rose de Rosine, Poussiere de Rose or Diabolo Rose. I love the scent of roses and just wondered if any of these have a hint of roses in them. I can't find anywhere where I can get samples of them. |
