I got my Dermawand based on the good reviews on EDS and MUA. But I don't seem to get any result with the tool. I mainly use it to treat pimples, blackheads, and large pores. I use it one minute morning and night after the decleor oil or balm.
Did anyone have good result with the Dermawand and tips on how to use it?

I found it really only worked well if I had it on a high setting 7-9. Also, if I am treating zits, I use it on the spot for about 60sec, right after toner, or after washing my face.

I first used the Dermawand about 7 or 8 years ago. I use it off and on, and when I do I find it really is a good treatment. The reason you are probably not seeing any results is because you are not using it long enough. I would say I spend about 20 minutes doing my entire face each time. I use a med-high setting (whatever is comfortable), and find it super relaxing. Sometimes I do a quick 3 or 4 minute all over swipe (circular motion), put on my serums and creams, and then spend another 10 or 15 minutes doing the all over circular motions. I find my pores look better and my skin really glows. There is a routine of "slide and hold" movements that is used for tightening, but I find it too onerous. I just enjoy swirling it about and watching TV!!

Does it work on large pores on the nose?

Thank you. Maybe that's the problem. I only use it at a low setting for a few minutes. I will try again.

Clansing, I think you would find it helps large pores on your nose (though that is a difficult spot). It certainly won't make them disappear (nothing will), but I have found that the Dermawand really gives my skin a much smoother texture and makes my pore less noticeable. You really do get a fresh pink glow after, and you just feel you have done something nice for your skin. I also feel it helps to make your products work better.
