I'm just wondering... If your eye circles are bluish, black, or purple, do u use a different color of concealor? Cuz there're yellow, beige, and even orange color concealor out there. I have quite dark bluish/ purplish circles and I have tried many brands of beige color concealors which doesn't seem to cover my circles much, just slightly. Sad Can someone pls recommend a concealor that can cover my circles completely and also won't crease for the day? I know I'm asking too much but any help is appreciated. Smile

I've been using a mineral co.'s product-UGloGirl's yellow concealer. It's a cream product that I apply with my ring finger to the dark circles inner eye area, then I apply Lumiere's powder to cream concealer or is it the other way around-cream to powder; from the outer area towards the yellow and gently pat together . I'm 53yo and this is the best I've ever tried for me. Good luck Very Happy

According to Bobbi Brown (makeup artist, has skincare and makeup line), first use a corrector (bisque to neutralize pinky/blue undereye discolorations and peach to neutralize purple/brown undereye) then use regular concealer on top. I've been using this combo and it works really well (with her products and others too). You can read about it at her website. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply! But if u apply a corrector first then another concealor on top, won't that be too cakey? I guess I can give that a try since that's my last option Sad

i have got dark circle that was caused by late night sleep as well as sinus. i used a different concealer for my undereyes as well as my face.

first i will pat on a light color to lighten-up the dark circle then a beige color to go over it so that it bland into my skin color.

actually it all depends on your concealer. some concealer are pretty lite and arent cakey at all.

I haven't found it too cakey at all and I have very dry undereyes. I use the Jane Iredale peach concealer, very moisturizing (it has 2 shades of peach in the compact, I use the darker shade of peach to correct), then foundation all over face (lightly under eyes with brush), then the Jane Iredale #1 Concealer (its "yellow" but really beige with yellow undertones), it also has 2 shades in it, I use the lighter one on top and voila no more dark circles. I've used the Bobbi Brown corrector and concealer and it isn't cakey as long as it's used with her eyecream but I don't like her eyecream! But the color concept works.

Usually for me, a normal lighter shade of concealor works for my panda eyes. But what I do is liquid foundation then concealor then powder to set. As I use prescriptives, it's not cakey or thick so this method works for me Smile
