| I have tried sending about 8 emails to EDS using different email addresses but i did not receive any email confirmation from EDS. Last month when i emailed EDS, it was working fine and i did receive the email confirmation and shortly after a reply from EDS staff. But this time round, i encountered this problems, so i tried sending email to EDS using another email address, but it is still the same, no EDS email confirmation and no reply. I have also tried sending using the contact box in the website, but still the same. Did anyone encounter the same problem? |

As of the past week or so, I've noticed that we've been receiving a lot comments from customers whom use Hotmail as their e-mail provider. Something's got to be up with MSN/Hotmail, as it's usually only AOL addresses which do not receive our e-mails.
Perhaps MSN/Hotmail have revised their filters or system. I advise contacting MSN directly, looking in Junkmail boxes, and checking the filter on one's account. |
