The Astara Blue Flame line is something I thought ended with the Blue Flame Mask. Now there is the Blue Flame cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and purifying treatment.
I got a sample of the Blue Flame Moisturizer with my last order and tried it. I like the moisturizer, it's light and does stop my skin from getting too oily but it's the treatment that I just love. The Blue Flame Purifying treatment is a clear gel that you can spot treat oily skin or breakouts. I found after a few nights that my skin was not as oily and my breakouts weren't lasting as long. While I'm in my hormonal breakout (I breakout on my chin mostly) fun I'll use the Purifying treatment morning and night but when I clear up I will see if I can use the Decleor Ylang Ylang in the morning.
Anyone out there using the Astara Blue Flame line? |

i have only used the mask...at first it worked wonders and made my pimples less inflamed (i use it as a face on my t-zone and as a spot treatment at night) but as i use it over the weeks it just started to not do it for me. after using half of the tub, i sold it on ebay cos i cant find other uses for it.
but im glad their blue flame line's working for u! |

Astara is coming out with a new line of essential oil serums for dry, normal, oily, and blemished skin. I'm happy with the Purifying treatment and the cleanser and toner but I may check out the new essential oil when they get it at EDS. |

I'm planning to have the Ashara mask kit pack on my next order which includes the Blue mask, Hydration mask and treatment mask. Any more comments on the Ashara Mask? |

As well as being a good overall mask for oily skin, the Blue Flame mask is a good spot treatment for nights because it stays on. I like the ease of use and my skin does well with the Astara Masks. I have the Dr Hauschka clay mask which you have to mix up and is good and messy but I still use the Blue mask for my lazy nights and times I only want to treat a specific area. I have only tried the Blue and the Golden Flame for dry (and people with Rosacea), and the Green Papaya nutrient masks. You will have to tell me what you think of the Activated Sea Mineral Mask. I've asked for a sample with my last order. I may just order the trial size which has all the masks in sample sizes. |
