Just wanted to share.... I had a quick question and they were great (I had Kate as my "live chat"). |

I HATE Livechat soooo much. I seriously get a faster reply emailing EDS. I've used it 3 times, I think all about product questions and after 2-3 sentences of conversation suddenly the other side is just NOT THERE anymore and I'm left hanging. None of the times have I ever actually had my question answered. And it was NOT due to logging off accidentally or something like that, the chat was logged on the WHOLE time, the other side just LEFT and I just sat there in front of my computer waiting like an idiot. |

My experience with the Live Help are mostly not very pleasant. Most times, I feel like I've been dropped halfway through.. or I'd ask a question and not ever get a response.. or they tell me to wait and would never come back!
I have a feeling it's a systems issue though, not EDS customer service issue.. |

Oh, I'm sorry it didn't work for you guys, sormuimui and amaska. I had a quick 2 line question. After, I said thank you, there was no answer for a while so I typed in Bye and logged off!
Glad Kate is Kate and not masquerading as Magda or the other way round!!! Either way, she was awesome! |

Thanks, ladies, but it's definitely an issue with the connection being dropped. We don't "walk-away" from live help, and a lot of the time, I too am left WAITING for responses from customers. Asking, "HELLLOOOOO??? ARE YOU THERE??"
OR ...
If I ask you to please wait a moment, it's because I am helping someone else, or on the telephone with a customer. |

I've only needed livechat once, and I was really happy with it. Although I didn't get the answer I was looking for in that medium, Kate told me exactly whom to e-mail and I got the needed response from her super-quick. |

i too have only used livechat onc regarding the returns of products if i was allergic/senstive to it. the other side gave me a ok quick response and directed me to the revelant webpages. so it was a quite a pleasant experience...but as Agent-OO CAT, i said my thank you and waited for a while for a response but didnt get any so i just left, but thats the only bad thing i can say... and anyways i didnt really expect the EDS to reply within a second cos im assuming that they have phone calls and emails to reply to as well |

I have never used LiveChat, but I spoke to Kate on the phone once, and she was very helpful

I have always had great experiences with the Live Chat, and today was no exception. I was checking out, and noticed that my forum member discount wasn't correct...so I got online, and Kate took my order number and corrected discount right away!
So...thank you Kate, and thank you EDS!

i have tried to ask a question and there is quick response to ask me to wait for a moment. Then, nothing happen and no response. I don't know my computer is hang or anthying is wrong. Any way, it is a good service at least i heard a respond. |
