| I'm currently using the shampoo and conditioner in the thickening line. I've heard of B&B's thickening lotion/tonic... Has anyone used this??? I have very fine, straight, shoulder-length blond hair. I'd like some opinions before I spend MORE money on B&B products. Think the shampoo/condidioner are working well though. Thanks! |

I also have baby fine, straight hair, and have always been in search of the perfect thickening products!!! I tried the Bumble & Bumble thickening shampoo, conditioner and lotion about 2 years ago, and it was a BIG disappointment for me...it is quite expensive, and to be honest I have had better results with some drugstore brands.
Right now I am using the OJON thickening shampoo, conditioner, hydrating thickening spray and volumizing foam. It is also expensive, but I get the best results from this line...it is worth every penny for me. I get mine off the shopping channel here in Canada which is way cheaper than Sephora's prices in the States. |

luvyourskin,
Thanks so much! I agree...it's very pricy and I'm not sure it's worth it! I'll check out the brand you suggested. Thanks again! |

| Gemini: I've used B&B Thickening products for my highlighted, baby fine, thin hair and, as long as I alternate with a clarifying shampoo, have good results. I add SKB and Coconut Endosperm to the Thickening Spray and it really pumps me up! Sometimes I add the Tonic Lotion Spray B4 the Thickening Spray and it seems to add more oomph. I buy the Thickening Spray by the gallon for ~$80 and refill the spray bottle. Saves $$. HTH |

| I have been using the thickening spray for years and love it! I am not so sure about the shampoo and conditioner, but the spray makes a huge difference! |

| I'm one who didn't like the Thickening Spray. I really wanted something for volumnizing though and in hindsight, maybe it wasn't the right product. I felt it made the roots of my hair feel really heavy and just ... blah. |

I'm in the market for a good thickening spray as well! I've tried Bumble and Bumble and am almost out. To be honest, I don't want to pay the price again. What alternatives do those of you use when on the budget plan?
Thanks! |

4sons: Remember flat beer???!!!!
My sister used a jello solution I remember once. Not a good idea when it's humid though. Clarifying shampoo and then just conditioner on the ends, not the roots, usually gets me some volume without a lot of product. HTH |
