| Hi, I'm new here, just found this site this morning, and I'm still working my way around. I was just wondering if anybody out there takes HA as a supplement and if so any noticeable improvements. Also there are so many places one can buy this stuff, where would be the best? |

I posted a topic on this as well.  The older topic has moved away from discussion of HA supplements and I would love some updated reviews. Most on that topic are a few years old with only a few recent coments about HA's.

I caught the info on the old thread about HA. I did try it, and went through one bottle.It did plump my lips slightly, but I have to say that the cost of the supplement is such that it is pretty expensive to keep up. A good quality bottle of 60 here in Canada (I used Nature's Way Hydroplenish) is about $30.00. Taking 4 pills a day, means about one bottle every 2 weeks.
To be honest, CityLips at $44.00 gives me the same result! |

| It's worth it to me for its other benefits as well - less dry eyes and skin. It probably also helps lubricate my joints. All I know is that when I don't take the HA, I remember to take it because my eyes start itching again. |
