I know the acv technique has come a long way, but has anyone found a good way to neutralize that acv smell? I know a bit of lemon juice does a good job, but is there a better way?

I think Katee solved it by using raspberry vinegar, but I haven't tried it. There's a thread in DYI. hth

How about very diluted (couple of tablespoons of ACV in pint of water) and add lemon E.O? The smell dissipates pretty quickly.

I haven't been able to, and have completely stopped using the ACV rinse. Maybe I just put too much at the ratio of 1 part ACV and 2 parts water?

I read somewhere that people have used rosewater toner to mix with ACV for using as a toner to reduce the smell. And lemon to mix with ACV for the hair rinse.

Thanks guys, that is fairly interesting and I will check it out.

The problem with lemon is that it stays a bit sticky.

Rasberry vinegar sounds interesting!

Lemon essential oil isn't sticky at all.. you might want to try that.
