| Just wondering if any of you have had adverse usage of Retin-A where it made your skin sag or thinned it out a lot. I'm more worried about the sagging aspect. |

I have been using Retin A for about 15 years,and over time have worked my way up to the 0.1% concentration.
I have had fabulous results with it, and have had no problem with sagging at all...if anything it seems to really keep my skin young looking and firm.
There has been a bit of chatter recently on the Forum (I made a post), regarding Retin A, so you may want to do a search. I can't remember the exact thread topic...and worse yet, I wouldn't know how to attach the thread if I did know it!!
I don't recall "sagging" in the conversations, but there may be other info about Retin A you may be interested in.  |

Thanks luvyourskin for the prompt reply. I remember reading something on this forum regarding Dr. Huber's comments on Retin-A and how overuse of it can cause skin to thin and sag. I've only used it for 1.5 years but have used less of it (once a week) in the past several months and was wondering if I should start on a regular schedule since I want to prevent wrinkles and sagging. |

| You can buy it from Mexico (if you live in the U.S. and I suppose any other country). It's less costly and you do not need to send them a prescription. I have gotten both Retin-A and Renova from their pharmacies--the latter being the least costly, and have had great success using both of these products I purchased from Mexico. I know others in this forum have also ordered from Mexico and have been pleased. I believe the website is MedsMex.com. HTH! |
