Hi everyone, it is that time of the year when my sunscreen dilemma rears it's freckled head and I really need to find a solution...

I have read through the recent posts and done a few searches, so my question is quite specific, (but if anyone has a better idea please chime in).

Is Clinique Cityblock suitable for combination skin?

I can not put any chemical screens near my face and every physical one I have tried makes my oily skin feel trapped and it starts to fight back with blemishes. (Hope that makes sense). The only brilliant one I ever used was by Devita, but I would have to order it and wait while there is a tube of Cityblock on every corner.

Smoothskin - oh, there is no such thing as a quick sunscreen question. It's like trying to find Bigfoot.

But I'll answer briefly that I have combo skin in the sense that my pores clog like crazy. I thought the City Block was just fine in that sense.

Michele

Laughing Very true Michele Laughing

It seems to be a search we are all on here...
Thanks for your answer, I think I will try Cityblock, and if it doesn't work it will go to, as one EDS'er termed it, the sunscreen graveyard.

Thank you helenzwl, that's perfect, I know that people react differently to sunscreen and I am basically trying to find out if anyone with combination skin has had success with Cityblock. There is, of course, still a chance that my skin will break out again, but it sounds like it is worth a try...
