Mozaik, I'm glad it was clear enough for you to understand! I hope it helps - I know I've been happy with my results! |

I have been using the Facial Flex facial exercise thing (for want of a better word) since december and i Think it helps in the neck area. I certainly have noticed a elevation in my cheeks but i think it does help the neck and jowls too. |

As i said, i started to do the neck exercises so well described by Charis. For me the first and the third are powerful. But not the second, which means that i dont do it right. Charis, or Tosca or anybody who does this exercises, where do you exactly feel it?cause just turning the neck...TIA |

Mozaik, you feel the second exercise mostly on the sides of the neck, but going toward the front. I do feel this one a lot, so I must not have described it well enough. Make sure that they are quick movements - don't pause in between. On the dvd she does it really quickly - almost a snap side to side. The counting to 30 should be fast - if you were saying the numbers out loud you would be saying the numbers fast. Hopefully that helps! Let me know if it doesn't. |

This excercise does not seem like it would be good for the neck. I would pull something for sure. But I already have neck issues.
Are there any long term DMAE users out there. Is it still working okay for you? I am concerned with long term usage?

Check the Dermaroller thread. Someone there was reporting some neck progress. |

I had a really bad turkey neck but it has tightened up considerably from using a skin roller. I've been using the 1.5mm roller and have used it once a week for six weeks. Afterwards I apply Retin-A and CP's.

Keliu, do you really mean 1.5, or do you mean the .15 leaf & rusher type? |

pippi plum-what do mean by long term DMAE users? I've been using it consistently for over a year, in one strength or another and in different forms. I'm 53 and while I'm not sure I see dramatic improvement, I do see improvement and certainly no worsening. The one I like the most is I
FeelPrettyProducts DMAE spray which I spray into my hand and pat onto my face at lest once a day sometimes twice a day. HTH. |

nomoreneckpain, I was reading some post here on EDS and the topic came up that DAME may be bad for your skin in the long run? I never got a clear picture if it was indeed bad or not. I just wanted to see if anyone using DMAE for a long time was having any ill effects.

Yes, my roller has 1.5mm needles - I bought it on Ebay for about AUD$150.00 |

pippi, I guess I'll continue to use DMAE as long as I don't see any untoward effects, but thanks for the heads up. |
