The title pretty much says it all.
I'm looking for a mask that hydrates like none other.
It's fine if it also cleans my pores, brightens the skin, refreshes the face, whatever. I don't care. Really, all it has to do is give parched skin some much needed moisture.
So - any suggestions? TIA! |

PSF moisture mask is good. I should use these things more but I'm lazy, but the psf one makes my skin very soft and plumped up, especially if I use it after their pumpkin enzyme mask |

I'd say the PSF Organic Moisture Mask aswell. I like the Dermalogica Hydrating Mask too, and Korres Honey Binding Mask, though the later I find more calming than hydrating. |

I liked DDF Intensive Hydration Mask and clarins hydrating mask
...I find if you use serums with Sodium Hyaluronate on a daily basis you wont be so dry....I know all about dry.....good luck! |

I'm with annachan on the Clarins Hydrating Mask. It is excellent - very soothing as well. It also does a good job of taking down redness and irritation. I always have this on-hand.

Thanks everyone! I'll look into these suggestions.
The dryness is a new and temporary problem, but I'm so unused to dry skin that I'm simply uncomfortable with it. The idea of just smoothing some ultra hydrating mask over the face sounds so appealing.
So it's all a matter of which of these product I can find the fastest, lol! |

make mine another vote for the PSF moisture mask.
It is a pain to use (waaay too sticky and gluggy) but it is FABULOUS on dehyrated skin. In fact the more dehydrated you are the better the result. If I use this when I skin is not parched the result is only so so. |

A few weeks ago I was at a Tahitian festival by the water. It wasn't really hot but very windy. My skin felt really windburned.
I used SAS ELS with Skinceuticals B5 for their moisturizing properties - then covered with DML Forte cream. No peeling, no breakouts and my skin felt wonderful.
I'm definitely doing this every time I go to the beach. |

I will say Sothy hydrating mask. I will apply a thick layer of Sothy hydrating serum first and then apply the mask. The result is excellent. |

Of course I'm going to second lynn's suggestion because this is all I use and have NEVER strayed because I don't believe I'd find one better, this is my HG, almost finished my 3rd or 4th jar. Been using this for years and it has a very long shelf-life (bought fresh about 2-3 yrs!). Can also be used as an intensive leave in moisturizing treatment. Fixes my flakies in days and it's saving my skin as I just started Taz! |

Thanks to sormuimui I discovered and got to try the Valmont Nature mask. It's truely amazing for my dry parched skin. However, I also hold her responsible for getting me hooked on it as it's so expensive. I wish she got me to try something cheaper! LOL
I would highly recommend it to anyone with really dry skin. I don't think I would use it often, but will certainly get a bottle for emergency use. It's definitely something I always wanna have on hand.
Oh by the way, the Valmont Nature night cream is also VERY VERY nice. I love that too. Thanks again to sormuimui (!!! ). I'm definitely gonna switch to the Nature line once I'm done with my Naturderm's products. |

Wow, is there somewhere I could get a sample of this - I don't want to ask sormuimui as she has been so generous to others.
Does Valmont sell samples? I've heard many good things about their products but the prices are so high, I would like to try them before buying the full size. |

I love facial masks and have used many. Here are a few of my favorites for hydration:
The Body Deli's Sea Plasma Masque
Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Masque
If you want you face to stay hydrated Ferox by Veld is one of the best products I have ever used. It is not a masque but rather hydrates, locks in moistures and pumps up dehydrated skin.

I have tried a million masks (at least it feels that way). I have dry skin and the one I absolutely love is made by Talulah Naturals...it's called "La Crema" mask. Honestly, it smells like heaven, and is the most moisturizing mask I have ever used. |
