I just clicked on the Canadian Shopping Channel and they were featuring a product called the "Bioliss Microdermabrasion System". It's supposed to give you professional results at home. I did a quick Google search, but couldn't find any reviews. Has anyone heard or this? Or anything similar? Thoughts?
It's $199 but I'm tempted ... I could always send it back if I wasn't happy. I used to have microdermabrasions done professionally (well, I had a couple). I still suffer from blackheads and thought this might help ... as well as hyperpigmentation areas.

I can't comment on this product because i never used it but I used the Dermanew kit for almost two years and it was vey good.  |

| Well, I ended up ordering it. I figured if it didn't work as promised I could easily return it. I don't see how a home machine could have the same power as the professional machines, so it will be interesting to see how effective this actually is. I just read on TSC that you generally use half a canister of product each time. So that means each time will cost about $9CDN (it's about $35 for two refills), so it IS pricey. BUT if it could give you professional (or close to) results, then it's still alot cheaper than $125 each time! (The machine is $199 CDN). So we'll see. I'll be sure to write up a review once I've used it a few times. I think they suggested on-air to use it about once every 2 weeks. |
