I went on a candida diet and stay alkaline as well as did a parasite/liver/bowel cleanse
Drink plenty of water, lemon and sea salt.
I noticed when my candida and yeast is under control, my eyes are at its best. |

thanks for your sharing!! I think it depends on the cause of the eye bags.
Doctors said that if there are fat tissues inside the eye bags, the only way is to have surgery. |

I talked to my dermatologist long time ago regards eye bags removal. He said mine are not like the one most people has - fatty deposit. Mine is due to loosing muscle tone!!! SAGGING!!! He said I have to be very careful when I want to go under the knife. Unless I find a very good and experienced surgeon who knows how to do the bags due to sagging otherwise my eyes will either look exactly the same or worse!!! |

Have you tried facial exercises to tone the muscles? I'm sure you have, but I just thought I'd ask just in case. |

I don't think there is a cause, it is more likely hereditary. |

I agreed with mtview, it is hereditary.
Even for dark circles, some are hereditary too.
After doing the surgery to remove eye bags, they might come out after a certain period of time, e.g. 8-10 years. |
