OK, so ladies (or guys!) ... who's the hottest character (not the actor/actress, but the character they play ... although I guess the actor/actress makes the character) in tv or movies?
My two picks ...
Sam Winchester from Supernatural. I think he is beyond hotness and I think his character is totally hot! No more being afraid of the dark with him to protect you. There is just something so sweet about his character. I'm having such a huge crush on him lately!
James Bond (when played by Daniel Craig) ... totally hot and someone who could kick some serious butt! I would like to be his Bond Girl. Hahahaha.
So, come on ... who's yours? |

I'd have to agree with you on the James Bond played by Daniel Craig - totally HOT!!! I never really thought Bond (as a character) was that HOT until Daniel became the new kick-ass Bond. |

I second Jim from The Office. I'm also adding Michael Vaughn from the now retired series Alias. He was so droolworthy. And lastly, Aragorn from Lord of the Rings. |

I like that guy (Henry Simmons) who used to play the cop Baldwin on NYPD Blue. He's now in that show Shark, playing the ex-cop.
Unfortunately, he seems to keep his clothes on in all the roles I've seen him play...damn! |

Hmm...a hot character (as opposed to merely a hot actor)
James Bond. Daniel Craig is the hottest, but I wouldn't kick Sean Connery out of bed for eating crackers! There are now six actors who have played Bond, or is it seven?
Catwoman. When I was little, I wanted to BE Catwoman! When I told my mom about my ambition, she said, "Honey, you can't be Catwoman, there already IS a Catwoman!"
Never knew there was more than one until I was grown. |

The king from 300. I don't remember the name of the character nor the actor's name. All I remember is he's SOOOOO HOT HOT HOT!!! I'm sure you catch my drift.
Mr & Mrs Smith. I love both of them.
Gil Grissom from CSI. It's certainly not his look, but his intelligence. |

Before I read anybody else's choices, I wanted to think about first so I wouldn't be influenced and I thought Daniel Craig for sure! It was so funny then that after I finally started reading that many others thought the same thing too......I saw Casino Royale 2x so far........anyone else seen it more than once? |

Jensen Ackles who plays Dean Winchester on the Supernatural! He is soo handsome and his character is funny and tough at the same time.
Also I have to vote for Yen's nomination too. James Marsters was lovely as Spike. Was one of the reasons i kept watching Buffy when i wanted to quit!
Yen, you know he has a band called ghost of the robot? i love their music, but i think he is a solo artist now. |

Yes, I know. Such a shame, I missed him when he came to Toronto.
BTW did you see the clip of him singing on Buffy?

Viggo Mortensen playing Aragorn - he's definitely not afraid to be a man!
Hugh Jackman - he's totally hot whatever he plays!
Johnny Depp - another hottie no matter the role he's in.
Patrick Dempsey [Gray's Anatomy] yummy! and Timothy Olyphant [Deadwood, Catch & Release]
Yep, I like the tall dark and handsome men most! |

Hi Yen,
Yeah, just watched it! is that his real voice in that episode singing? he doesn't sound the same to me but then i only have one of his songs. He was great on the sharon osbourne show, a really modest nice guy, love that James Marsters! here are the clips if you haven't already seen:

He looks very young for someone in his 40s too!
World--i think hugh laurie is kinda attractive too, but i think it might just be his House character. i just saw sense and sensibility again (the version with hugh grant, kate winslet and emma thompson) and didn't realize he was one of the characters too. he's excellent in it! |
