when I did my own facial today - steaming and gentle extraction. Probably shouldn't do this but don't have cash flow for facials. Now I have a red sore pimple on my chin and one on forehead. Any suggestions? |

melt an aspirin & dab it on the blemish. It will help reduce it overnight. |

Are you saying leave the aspirin on overnight? Wouldn't that be too irritating? |

My favorite thing to zap them overnight is Queen Helene's Mint Julep masque. It has sulfur in it; I dab it on the infected area, go to sleep, and it's on its way out in the morning. |

I have never had any luck with an aspirin mask, but have found diaper rash ointment to be effective. |
