I used to get the St. Ives Peach AHA body wash and their Peach AHA lotion. I have no idea why they discontinued it as it was great and cheap! I remember buying it at the pharmacy and the salesgirl exclaiming, "Oh, isn't it great!".
So, Kiss My Face sells an AHA peach lotion but no Body Wash. Then I found Pure & Basic AHA body washes and lotions at Whole Foods. Now my local one doesn't carry their products anymore and says they can't even order them - don't know why?! Actually posting this is prompting me to email Pure & Basic to ask as I see they still are in business and have a website: www.pureandbasic.com
I can still get Pure & Basic body washes and lotions on Ebay but I wondered if there is something similar out there that is easy to access. Or any other recommendations? |

I always thought cleanser or washer containing AHAs only has limited contact time with your skin before rinsing down the drain. Can you see a lasting change in your skin’s condition. I think in order to do the serious work of improving the skin, AHAs need to be left on. |

I always feel cleaner and smoother when using AHA body washes. I have dry skin and I think it helps get off the flaky skin cells / form of exfoliation. Plus I put the body wash on a puffy shower thing and "scrub". And my skin then drinks up the body oil I put on after showering.
Of course, the lotions you leave on... |

I use MD Formulations Exfoliating Scrub with glycolic acid on my legs in an attempt to fade scars from ingrown hairs. To maximise the effects, I usually scrub it into each lower leg area for 1 minute, then leave it on for at least 2 minutes (doing other stuff in the meantime) before washing off. |

How about Dove ProAge or Olay. I have just gone out and bought the Dove ProAge range, BodyWash and BodyLotion. I believe they have some exfoliating agents in them. |
