I have never seen discussion of peel-off masks on EDS.

Is there something bad about them that I don't know? Perhaps they pull off too much vellus hair?
(I have sometimes wondered if gently tugging out the vellus hairs that are nearly ready to shed is helpful in keeping pores clear...)

Do you use any ever?

There is a dead sea algae mask that I really like. It's a bit fiddly cos it sets very fast but I really like it. If you can peel it off in one go and leave it to dry out it looks like a really creepy shrunken head as well Very Happy

I left one in the last house I lived in in the bathroom. The young surfer dudes who moved in after though it was some kind of voodoo witchcraft thing and left it there for three years til they told me about it and I told 'em it was just a face mask. They felt a bit wussy after that.

I used to use peel off masks and like the way they felt but the one I used is no longer at my CVS. The only one there isn't that great so if anyone knows brands please post. I like peeling them off and seeing the gunk that comes off (I know sounds gross). Also the one I used was really refreshing (had cucumber + green tea).

is this the one that people have said is like a biore nosestrip, in that it peels out all the blackheads?
even though i havent used much of shiseido products, i would love to know more about this mask

yeahyeah ~ no, the one that i used from Shiseido is clear color, whereby you apply on the whole face and after 15-20mins or so, you just peel it off.

i have tried the biore nosestrip before but i dont find those effective. there is another japanese brand (cant remember the name), it is black in color when you apply. i find it works better then biore to remove the blackheads on the nose.

yeahyeah ~ HK's cosmetics in skincare products are indeed very much cheaper because they dont impose taxes on the products. you can checkout shiseido when you are there.

i too prefer japanese skincare products. they hve good packing as well.
