Boy! It seems every day/month/year there is a new whitening formula for teeth and the endless new hair products is overwhelming.
I'd love to hear what is working for others. And if you have recommendations for fine hair ... all the better. |

I just tried Sensodyne whitening toothpaste. I don't know yet if it whitens or not. Before that, I was using Crest whitening or Colgate whitening. I just pretty much use whatever is on sale. lol I think it works since people were asking what I used to make my teeth white. |

Murine ear wax remover drops have whitened my teeth way more than any whitening tooth paste I've ever tried, and I think I've tried them all. |

im using sensodyme whitening too...but the results arent that significant, although it does seem to make my teeth "clean".
i read that toothpaste doesnt help in teeth whitening tho...but im not sure if thats scientifically proven .
however, i found that using an electric toothbrush helps and during the first few days of using it, my teeth were really squeeky clean and seems whiter.
but cos its not really whitening my teeth that much so after much researching on teeth whitening, iv decided on using the crest strips...and gotta say my teeth are starting to whiten ! |

Best tooth cleaners/whitening is baking soda mix with toothpaste when you brush your teeth...
Best hair product (natural) is to use squeeze lemon on your hair, wait for 3 minutes and then rinse. You will see your hair soooooooooo shiny!! Also coconut oil is great for your hair, esp. when you go to a sauna and steam your hair with coconut oil. great products!

My mother is a dentist and she has said that the whitening toothpastes only make very slight changes in the whitening your teeth. She said that things like Crest Whitestrips work better than the toothpastes, but usually don't make as big of an impact as most people expect. The best thing she thinks is really to get professional bleach from your dentist. There are more affordable options these days and you will probably save more in the long run because you only have to buy one treatment package aren't constantly buying new products. Plus, you get quicker results |

For hair, I'd recommend Skinbio's Folligen Shampoo and Conditioner. I tried a sample and LOVED them. The sample set (2 oz each) costs $10, but if you buy the full size (16 oz) it's $20 each. Pretty expensive, but I think it's well worth the money. |
