Is it the one that's used like a toner? If so, it did nothing for my skin at all and it smelled awful. Plus it irritated my skin quite a bit too. |

Sekkisei lotion has quite high alcohol content. Many Asian girls can tolerate it and it does have whitening effect. Best used with the Sekkisei emulsion, their moisturizer in the same line. The moisturizer is quite rich and helps to counteract the drying effect of the Sekkisei lotion. Suggest you get samples to try before purchasing. |

I used the toner as a mask. It was quite effective as a whitenning/brightenning treatment. I would not rec this to people with sensitive skin though. |

Yes, you can buy the dry masks in tablet form, pour out the lotion into the bottle cap and pop the mask in. It will absorb the liquid and expand into a moistened mask. It's popular here in the tropics where the weather is always hot and humid. |

I think there's no need to worry if your skin generally isn't sensitive to products with alcohol in it. |

This is not that safe, at least for many persons, if you want to whitening, you can choose the white line in Kanebo, which is much softer. |

Since you ordered already, you might as well try it. It's not as "dangerous" as people make it out to be. There are many satisfied users of the product out there. Wet a cotton pad with the lotion and use to pat-pat gently all around the face. Don't use like a normal toner to wipe the face. You can also use your fingers to pat it on, but because of your sensitive skin, applying with a cotton pad would be more advisable. It is the first step of your skincare after washing. The Japanese don't usually have a conventional wipe on toner. They double cleanse (use oil to remove make up, then powder wash or foaming wash). They don't need any toner to wipe off impurities after that as the skin will be very clean anyway. Make sure you have a fairly rich moisturizer to slap on after that. |

also don't exfoliate too often during the time you use it, as it already exfoliates every day. |

ohh.. actually i have not been doing any exfoliates step for couple of months already. the last time i went to my derm, she said that best is to stop exfoliates as my skin is still rather *tender* hence let it rest. |

If you worry about trying new products may give you sensitiveness, here are 2 tips from my own experience:
1. Wait until the first week after your monthly period. Your skin is much less get sensitivity during that time. Ideal time to try out new products.
2. Bring your skin to normal condition first. Dry skin is more likely to get sensitiveness. I will do a couple moisturizing masks nights before to make sure enough hydration in the skin.
Hope this helps. |

The week after your period is when your body has the highest oestrogen levels. You may have noticed that's when your skin condition is at its peak with a clear and balanced complexion. |

Your observation is right: Usually around week 3 (2nd week after your period),your oestrogen levels peak, progesterone surges. These hormonal fluctuations cause oily skin flare-ups and acne breakouts. At this period your skin needs acne blemishes battling treatments and moderate exfoliation. While at week 4(The week before your period) Your oestrogen plummets while progesterone continues to surge. Your skin is at its oiliest. Knowing your cycles can help you determine what product and when to use. |

it's fully of alchol. I think it's suited for resistance skin. Please avoid to use this if you allergic for alchol. The result that you can see it will make your skin white...white only. |
